CCECC-CRCG Joint Venture (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Purchasing Assistant to support the procurement operations of a major construction building project. This role demands strong document control, communication, and procurement execution skills to ensure the smooth flow of materials and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and manage a well-structured document control system for procurement records, including both physical and digital files.
- Maintain separate and systematic records for each supplier and contractor (local and international), categorized by shipment and delivery schedules.
- Prepare and process Duty Waiver request letters and coordinate with relevant government institutions for approval.
- Assist with store-related tasks and ensure smooth operations.
- Preferably, possess advanced computer skills, including supercomputer proficiency.
- Experience with import shipments and stock control is an advantage.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
- 1-2 years’ experience in procurement or inventory control, preferably in construction.
- Knowledge of import procedures, customs, and supplier coordination.
- Proficient in MS Office, Excel, Word, Outlook.
- Strong in documentation, compliance, and time management.
- Good English communication skills.
