Position Overview:
As a Sales Representative at Pee Bee Management Services (Pvt) Ltd, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding market presence for our flagship brand, Flora Tissues, within assigned distributor territories. This field-based role requires strong relationship-building skills, target orientation, and a proactive approach to customer engagement. The ideal candidate will be energetic, self-motivated, and passionate about building a long-term career in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle sales operations in designated distributor territories
- Achieve sales targets and expand the customer base
- Coordinate with distribution partners and ensure market coverage
Candidate Profile:
- Passionate about sales and customer service
- Should possess a valid riding license
- Prior experience in FMCG sales will be an added advantage
- Candidates without prior experience may also be considered for the position as Trainees, based on their performance at the interview
- Preference will be given to candidates residing in or around Batticaloa, Valaichchenai, Eravur, and nearby areas
