Senior Executive - Recruitment

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of work experience in recruitment, preferably in a staffing, outsourcing, or corporate environment.
  • Strong sourcing and headhunting skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and social media platforms.
