GS Lubricants Limited, the exclusive distributor of Totachi Lubricants in Sri Lanka, seeks dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executives / Senior Sales Executives to join our expanding team. We are committed to providing high-quality products and exceptional customer service and are looking for individuals who share our passion for excellence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive sales growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Ensure timely debt collection from customers and maintain up-to-date sales records.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Successful completion of GCE Advanced Level (GCE A/L).
- A degree or professional qualification in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the lubricant industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
