Job Role

  • Responsible to achieve GWP budget through assigned brokers.
  • Maintain Renewal Retention through assigned brokers.
  • Build up and maintain a healthy business relationship with middle management and Senior management of the assigned brokers.
  • Maintain smooth service operation for assigned brokers in relation to claim, credits and underwriting.
  • Collections of premiums within 60 days from assigned brokers.
  • Maintain company underwriting criteria when negotiating terms for new business and renewals.

Job Pre-Requisites

  • Completion of A/L is mandatory.
  • Professional qualifications are an added advantage.
  • Prior experience of a minimum of three years in a similar capacity is required.
  • Strong written and oral presentation skills; excellent at presenting information effectively.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and energetic with a positive attitude.
  • Must be a team player and able to interact with staff at all levels.
