Regional Manager – Northern Province

We are on the lookout for dynamic and results-driven Regional Manager to spearhead operations in these new territories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage branch operations across the assigned region.
- Drive business growth through innovative strategies and effective team leadership.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards.
- Develop and mentor high-performing branch teams.
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 20 years of experience in a managerial capacity in the Financial & Banking Industry.
- In-depth understanding of regional markets, customer behavior, and business potential in the Northern province.
