ASSISTANT MANAGER
BRAND & MARKETING COMMUNICATION
Location - Head Office
As an Assistant Manager - Brand & Marketing Communication, you will manage marketing budgets, campaigns, and brand communication. You will develop PR materials, conduct market research, and provide data-driven insights while collaborating with agencies for media planning and public relations to enhance brand presence.
The Job Role
- Manage marketing budgets, coordinate campaigns, and ensure seamless execution of all marketing activities.
- Foster strong internal and external communication for a cohesive brand strategy.
- Develop compelling PR materials to enhance brand presence.
- Lead market research, analytics, and provide data-driven insights to management.
- Drive marketing initiatives and actively promote company products to maximize reach.
- Collaborate with agencies for effective media planning and public relations (PR).
Experience / Qualifications / Skills
- Bachelor's degree or professional qualification in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
- 4-5 years in marketing, branding, or related functions (Banking/Finance experience is an advantage).
- Strong communication skills in English & Sinhala.
- A dynamic, performance-driven individual with a passion for achieving results.
