Sands Active (Pvt) Limited is (a subsidiary of Melwa Group) a BOI approved state of the art Pharmaceutical manufacturing company by partnering with the State Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Corporation Sri Lanka with the intention to fulfill local pharmaceutical related demand.
MARKETING EXECUTIVE
Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for develop, implement, and manage marketing strategies.
- Achieving growth by reaching targets successfully.
- Establishing and maintaining connections with the relevant institutions to enhance profits.
- Conduct periodic researches to evaluate market trends, segmentations, and competitor pricing strategies.
- Launching new products, market research activities, Brand Management.
- Responsible for constant revenue growth to deliver sustainable development across the company.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Sales or Marketing or equivalent relevant qualification from a recognized university or Institute.
- Minimum of 02 years’ marketing experience from a recognized leading pharmaceutical or Food / Beverage Company.
- Excellent leader with exceptional interpersonal and problem solving skills.
- Good communication skills in English.
MEDICAL REPRESENTATIVES
Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for meeting doctors according to the designated area.
- Promoting product categories to the clienteles.
- Maintaining and updating records of clients.
- Launching new products, market research activities including brand management.
- Responsible for constant revenue growth to deliver sustainable development across the company.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- G.C.E A/L in Biology.
- Minimum of 01 year experience as a medical representative from a recognized leading pharmaceutical Company.
- Excellent leader with exceptional interpersonal and problem solving skills.
- Good communication skills in English, Sinhala, Tamil.
