CALL CENTRE EXECUTIVE
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Call Centre Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries across multiple communication channels, providing accurate solutions, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to work in a high-paced environment, and flexibility to work on a roster & shift basis.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle customer inquiries via helpline, messenger, emails, WhatsApp, and other social media channels.
- Provide accurate, timely, and effective solutions to customer queries.
- Document and maintain records of customer interactions and transactions in the system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth end-to-end service and problem resolution.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and services to provide informed responses to customers.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD POSSESS:
- Successfully completed GCE Advanced Level.
- Age between 18 – 30 years.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in English and Sinhala is a must; knowledge of Tamil is an added advantage.
- Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work on a roster basis, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Male Candidates are preferred.
- School Leavers are encouraged to apply.

- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate CRM tools and databases.
- Team player with good interpersonal skills.
