JOB PROFILE
The Maintenance Assistant ensures the smooth operation of machinery, equipment, and facilities by carrying out daily maintenance, scheduled repairs, and proactive checks. The role aims to minimize downtime, maintain compliance with service standards, and support project initiatives as directed by senior management.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
The ideal candidate should fulfil the criteria below to succeed.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar maintenance role.
- Diploma / NVQ Level 2 or higher qualification preferred.
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration abilities.
- Strong execution and results orientation.
- Good influencing and negotiation skills.
