We are looking for a Maintenance Associate
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel maintenance, with specialized knowledge in air conditioning systems. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, repair, and preventative maintenance of hotel facilities, with a focus on HVAC systems.
Requirements:
- Minimum of three years of previous experience in hotel maintenance or a similar role.
- Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience with air conditioning systems.
- Familiarity with HVAC systems and ability to troubleshoot and repair issues.
- Basic skills in general maintenance areas such as electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on air conditioning systems, ensuring optimal performance.
- Perform regular inspections of hotel facilities, identifying and addressing any maintenance issues.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve HVAC-related problems in a timely manner.
- Assist with general maintenance tasks, including electrical, plumbing, and carpentry as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Respond to guest maintenance requests promptly and efficiently.
