Sales Executive – Kurunegala/Colombo
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our team as a Sales Executive. If you are passionate about sales, have an understanding of the automotive industry, and are skilled at building strong relationships, this role could be your next career move.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell NVS sector products to existing and prospective customers.
- Achieve the individual sales targets and assist the sales staff to achieve their targets.
- Maintain and develop existing and potential customers through appropriate sales methods.
- Analyze statistics to identify key sales areas, problems, and success rates.
- Plan/carry out/support local marketing activities to agreed budgets and time scales.
- Report to AGM (Branch Operation) regularly on the status of inquiries, closings, follow-up, of each sale.
Qualifications:
- Good secondary education with a minimum of three passes at the G.C.E. A/L Examination.
- Professional qualification in Sales/Marketing or a related field would be an added advantage.
- Proven sales experience in a similar capacity.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Sound knowledge in MS Office packages.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills to effectively present, influence and engage at all organizational levels.
- Proficiency in English and Sinhala languages (Tamil would be an added advantage).
