Job Profile
- Assisting the project engineer in overseeing overall MEP and architectural QA/QC management across the site.
- Handling documentation related to MEP and architectural QA/QC work under the guidance of the project engineer.
- Preparing method statements and other required documents for MEP and architectural QA/QC works in coordination with the project engineer.
- Assisting in conducting QA/QC inspections raised by the construction team and maintaining all relevant records.
- Assisting in carrying out periodic QA/QC testing for MEP and architectural works to ensure compliance with standards.
- Liaising with QA/QC consultants and coordinating site visits and inspections as required.
- Assisting in conducting design reviews whenever necessary.
Personal Profile
- A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification in MEP engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in QA/QC roles within the construction industry, preferably in MEP and architectural projects.
- Demonstrating strong knowledge of QA/QC standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills to liaise with consultants, site teams, and other stakeholders.
