We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Senior Executive - Customer Service to join our team. This role involves managing a team of customer service professionals while personally addressing walk-in customer inquiries to ensure seamless experiences. The ideal candidate will excel in team management, problem-solving, and fostering exceptional customer relationships.

THE PERSON

  • Address walk-in customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Lead and supervise the customer service team, ensuring high performance and standards.
  • Oversee daily operations for smooth customer interactions and issue resolution.
  • Train and guide team members to enhance their skills and service quality.
  • Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to address customer needs and streamline processes.
  • Prepare reports on team performance and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Requires a bachelor's degree or 5+ years of experience (2+ in leadership), strong problem-solving skills, and familiarity with CRM tools.
