Job Responsibilities:

  • Build and expand the client portfolios through both new and existing customer relationships by monitoring market trends and economic factors
  • Ensure timely processing of all transaction requests received from customers
  • Deliver high-standard services tailored to the unique needs of each client
  • Provide exceptional banking experience for customers and their families with personalized service
  • Strengthening long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals by offering bespoke financial solutions
  • Maximize opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling investment and financial products
  • Provide personalized attention and expert advice to enhance the financial well-being of clients and their families

Job Requirements:

  • Possession of a degree or Master’s degree in Marketing/Business Administration/Business Management/ Banking from a recognized University or a full/partial qualification in Banking/ CIM/ CIMA, SLIM
  • A minimum of 8 - 10 years of experience in a Banking or Finance, including 4 - 5 years of experience as Relationship Manager/ Assistant Relationship Manager in a similar context
  • Experience in wealth management operations or High-Net-Worth individual client servicing would be an advantage
  • Expertise in transaction monitoring, reconciliation, private banking operations, outgoing personality with an excellent command of English language
  • Proficiency in MS Office and MIS reporting, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service quality for High-Net-Worth clients
