GUEST RELATIONS OFFICER
Sumathi Hospitality (Pvt) Ltd is part of the renowned Sumathi Group, entrusted with developing and managing exclusive hospitality and entertainment experiences in Sri Lanka. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Extend a warm, personalized welcome to each guest.
- Ensure smooth and discreet guest check-in and check-out processes.
- Proactively manage guest inquiries, requests and concerns with poise and professionalism.
- Coordinate seamlessly with internal departments to elevate the overall guest journey.
- Maintain accurate guest records with the highest standards of confidentiality.
- Promote the venue’s services and facilities to enrich every visit.
- Conduct follow-ups to ensure guest satisfaction and foster lasting relationships.
REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent communication and refined interpersonal skills.
- A strong customer-service orientation with attention to detail.
- Previous experience in luxury hospitality, premium customer service, or exclusive entertainment venues preferred.
- Ability to maintain grace and efficiency in a dynamic environment. Fluent in English, proficiency in additional languages will be an asset.
- A polished appearance and a professional demeanor.
