Procurement Executive

Job Responsibilities:

  • Request and review quotations, negotiate pricing and terms, and ensure supplier offers meet company requirements.
  • Generate and process purchase orders for approved requisitions, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Follow up on deliveries to ensure timely receipt of goods and resolve any discrepancies or delays with suppliers.
  • Conduct spot checks and ensure that purchased goods and services meet the hotel's quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records, contracts, and supplier agreements to ensure audit compliance and transparency.

Job Requirements:

  • A diploma or equivalent in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in the hospitality or hotel industry.
  • Proficiency in procurement software, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
