Personal Assistant

A leading company in grandpass is looking for a suitable candidate who can assist with personal secretarial work tasks in all areas of concern while maintaining confidentiality.

The job responsibility

  • Maintain calendar of appointments.
  • Maintenance and filing of records
  • Coordinating appointments, meetings and other events.
  • Communication via telephone, letters and emails.
  • Travel arrangements.
  • Personal work of MD

Ideal candidate should have,

  • Proficiency in Microsoft office package.
  • English written proficiency is a must with ability to independently draft letters in English.
  • A minimum 1 year of working experience in a similar capacity in a reputed establishment.

Working hours

Working hours will be on Monday to Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm. Saturday will be a holiday.

Remuneration package

Rs.50,000.00.
