What You'll Be Responsible For:
- Oversee finished goods inventory, monitor stock levels, and coordinate shipments in line with operational targets, under the guidance of the Head of Operations.
- Ensure smooth daily workflows by monitoring activities against SOPs and flagging deviations early.
- Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies; assist with tracking team and process performance.
- Coordinate with external vendors to maintain strong relationships and meet delivery timelines.
- Partner with department heads to boost inter-team efficiency and execution.
- Maintain operational records and deliver timely reports to management for decision-making.
- Oversee daily use of ERP, POS, and inventory systems, including basic staff training and troubleshooting.
- Track departmental budgets and operational expenses, proactively highlighting cost-saving opportunities.
- Assist with logistics, planning, and execution for special initiatives and projects.
- Act as a bridge between the operations team and senior management to ensure alignment and transparency.

What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years’ experience in retail operations or inventory management.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with POS/ERP systems and Excel.
- A proactive, multitasking team player.
