Our 08-room boutique hotel catering to the international market has an immediate vacancy for an experienced Accounts & Administration Executive. We offer a close-knit and highly personalized work environment, supporting a unique hospitality experience for our guests.

This is a multi-functional role that involves financial management, HR-related tasks, and guest support. Accounts & Administration Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage petty cash, verify invoices, and ensure proper expense categorization.
- Prepare monthly salaries, casual wages, and handle EPF/ETF registrations.
- Coordinate financial reporting and liaise with auditors.
- Handle labour tribunal cases and ensure business compliance.
- Maintain financial records, monitor utilities, and oversee office administration.
- Support guest relations, bookings, and ensure smooth financial transactions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in accounting or financial management.
- Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Experience in HR-related tasks, including maintaining employee attendance and preparing salaries, will be an added advantage.
- Age: 25 – 35 years.
