Primary Purpose
The primary objective of the Chief Financial Officer is to oversee the financial well-being and strategic direction of the Redline Capital Group of companies. This role incorporates a range of responsibilities, including the formulation of financial strategy and planning, ensuring financial reporting and compliance, managing cash flow and working capital, addressing risk management, facilitating effective communication with stakeholders, and providing operational leadership and team development.
Requirements
- A full professional qualification from ICASL/ACCA or CIMA
- MBA would be an Asset.
- 5-7 years of experience in similar capacity or in a senior financial position.
- 3-5 years of experience working in a fast-paced, service-oriented office environment.
- Hands-on experience in operations management would be a definite advantage.
- Superior spreadsheet skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to exhibit composure, patience, and confidence when facing difficult situations.
- Expertise with various types of accounting software platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly skilled and proficient at verifying financial or transactional data.
