HR EXECUTIVE (Neboda)

We are an Export orient BOI Company as a ready Supplier of Industrial Safety Apparels, JSW Keeps abreast of emerging technologies – protective fabric development to meet the safety requirements in different work environments, and our goal is to keep everyone in your organization safe from occupational hazards we cater to chemical, fire, dust, hygienic protection for your workers. JSW can help you select the limited wear apparel that will meet your specific requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end recruitment for factory-level Positions.
- Handle employee onboarding and documentation.
- Maintain attendance, leave and personal records.
- Manage and coordinate employee welfare activities.
- Support in resolving production-related HR issues by closely coordinating with production supervisors.
- Work closely with the production team to identify and help resolve manpower and motivation issues affecting performance.
- Address employee concerns and grievances in a timely and empathetic manner.
- Ensure adherence to HR policies, labor laws and factory compliance standards.
Candidate Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree or Part Qualification in PQHRM.
- 5-7 years of HR experience in a garment or manufacturing setting preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good analytical thinking and problem solving.
- Age between 30-40 years.
