SALES MANAGER

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build strong business relationships with key customers, ensuring alignment between company objectives and customer goals.
  • Analyze pricing models and market insights, providing feedback to senior management to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients while ensuring profitability and strong market positioning.
  • Develop and present regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance reviews to senior management.
  • Identify areas for sales process improvement and implement best practices within the sales team.
  • Monitor market trends and fluctuations, ensuring appropriate sales strategies are implemented.
  • Provide coaching, performance evaluations, and ongoing support to drive the continuous development of team members while ensuring quarterly targets are consistently met.

REQUIREMENTS

  • An MBA or a Bachelor's degree in Management, preferably in Sales/Marketing, from a recognized university.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager.
  • A proven track record in business development and achieving positive sales performance.
  • Ambitious, energetic, target-driven, proactive, and highly motivated.
  • An effective people manager, strong communicator, and team-oriented individual.
