Sales & Marketing Manager - Banquets & Corporate Events
The Ideal Candidate Should Possess
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital media, or a related field along with professional qualifications.
- Proven experience as a Sales & Marketing Manager with a focus on revenue generation.
- Excellent verbal & written communication and organizational skills.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in hotel industry.
Assistant Sales & Marketing Manager - Banquets & Corporate Sales
The Ideal Candidate Should Possess
- Progressive experience of 3 to 4 years in Sales & Marketing management position with a five-star hotel.
- Degree in Marketing Management or Business Management from a recognized university. Else, any other similar professional qualification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in office software and tools, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and engage employees at all levels of the organization.
Sales & Marketing Executive - Banquets & Corporate Sales
The Ideal Candidate Should Possess
- Progressive experience of 2 to 3 years in Sales & Marketing management position with a five-star hotel.
- Degree in Marketing Management or Business Management from a recognized university. Else, any other similar professional qualification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in office software and tools, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and engage employees at all levels of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of Banquet Function Plans in order to gather all guest requirements and communicate to relevant departments.
- Developing customer strategies and making marketing campaigns.
- Build sales pipeline.
- Assist the department to maximize revenue by generating sales leads and new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop sales strategies, goals, and objectives.
- Assist in the preparation of marketing materials and documents throughout the sales process including market analysis and target segments.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales and marketing performance to senior management.
- Managing and developing sales channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital marketing efforts.
- Assisting clients with any issues or concerns post-sale, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and objectives.
