Assistant Manager - Sales and Marketing
International Foodstuff Company Agri BIO (Pvt) Ltd, a manufacturer of fish-based frozen products, is seeking an energetic, hardworking, and results-oriented individual to join our team and take responsibility for marketing our fish-based frozen product range. This vacancy is available for immediate placement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote existing brands and launch new products to market.
- Analyze budgets, plan sales strategies, and ensure targets and quotas are achieved.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, target markets, and consumer needs.
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Lead the coordination and execution of advertising and promotional campaigns.
- Oversee the preparation of marketing materials and brand development plans.
- Manage and guide the sales and marketing team toward achieving performance goals.
- Maintain and develop strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Play a key role in product development, pricing, and range performance analysis.
- Execute social media strategies and monitor digital marketing initiatives.
- Monitor competitor activity and develop proactive strategies.
- Regularly report on sales performance and campaign effectiveness.
Candidate Profile:
- Full / part qualification in SIM/ SLIM or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in sales and marketing.
- Prior management experience is a strong advantage.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and people management capabilities.
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Proficient in using marketing and sales software/tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
- Knowledge of key account management, budgeting, and sales planning.
Special Advantage:
Experience in the fish and frozen food industry will be considered a distinct advantage.
