Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, scheduling, and execution of construction sites/projects.
- Provide technical guidance to workers, supervisors, and construction teams on best practices and procedures.
- Implement corrective actions to mitigate risks and improve site safety standards.
- Manage and supervise labour teams involved in projects.
- Coordinate with clients, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues during projects.
- Provide regular updates to management and ensure all necessary documentation is maintained.
Education Required and Experience Required:
- HNDE/NDT/NCT/NCIT/NDES and NVQ Level 4 or above in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar capacity, preferably experience in civil/building projects.
Competencies and Skills Required:
- In-depth knowledge of scaffolding regulations, standards, and industry best practices.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
