Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning, scheduling, and execution of construction sites/projects.
  • Provide technical guidance to workers, supervisors, and construction teams on best practices and procedures.
  • Implement corrective actions to mitigate risks and improve site safety standards.
  • Manage and supervise labour teams involved in projects.
  • Coordinate with clients, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues during projects.
  • Provide regular updates to management and ensure all necessary documentation is maintained.

Education Required and Experience Required:

  • HNDE/NDT/NCT/NCIT/NDES and NVQ Level 4 or above in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar capacity, preferably experience in civil/building projects.

Competencies and Skills Required:

  • In-depth knowledge of scaffolding regulations, standards, and industry best practices.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
