ASSISTANT MANAGER-SALES (NUGEGODA)

FOR OUR CLIENT!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and oversee the full sales function of the company
  • Achieve company’s sales targets through forecasting and team performance
  • Guide and motivate the sales and technical teams
  • Conduct regular customer visits (minimum 80% field-based work)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
  • Coordinate with internal departments to streamline sales activities
  • Participate in weekly and monthly operational review meetings
  • Execute sales operations according to a planned itinerary

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Part or full qualification in Marketing/Sales or a related field
  • Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related discipline from a recognized university
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in sales, with proven leadership exposure
  • Age below 35
  • Strong team player with a positive and target-driven mindset
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala (Tamil will be an added advantage)
  • High computer literacy, including experience with accounting or CRM tools
  • Good numerical and analytical skills
