ASSISTANT MANAGER-SALES (NUGEGODA)
FOR OUR CLIENT!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and oversee the full sales function of the company
- Achieve company’s sales targets through forecasting and team performance
- Guide and motivate the sales and technical teams
- Conduct regular customer visits (minimum 80% field-based work)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Coordinate with internal departments to streamline sales activities
- Participate in weekly and monthly operational review meetings
- Execute sales operations according to a planned itinerary
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Part or full qualification in Marketing/Sales or a related field
- Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related discipline from a recognized university
- Minimum 10 years of experience in sales, with proven leadership exposure
- Age below 35
- Strong team player with a positive and target-driven mindset
- Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala (Tamil will be an added advantage)
- High computer literacy, including experience with accounting or CRM tools
- Good numerical and analytical skills
