SERVICE MARKETING OFFICER (RATHNAPURA)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Contacting customers to update on their vehicle status, service reminders, offers and promos
- Visiting key accounts and stakeholders to develop and maintain mutually beneficial relationships
- Achieving assigned sales targets to improve vehicle inflow
- Increase the service to at least 5 services per hoist per day
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Part qualifications or currently pursuing studies in SLIM / CIM or other business-related fields
- Computer literacy with proficiency in using Microsoft Excel would carry an added advantage
- Related industry experience would carry an added advantage
- A good command of Tamil and Sinhala or English
- Age below 35
