We are looking for a Manager – Merchandising to oversee the end-to-end product manufacturing process, from order inquiry to final dispatch. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of coordinating with buyers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely and quality production.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire merchandising process from inquiry to shipment.
- Prepare cost sheets according to customer requirements and design documents.
- Ensure timely and quality delivery of orders as per customer expectations.
- Create and issue purchase orders to suppliers, ensuring smooth raw material flow.
- Source raw materials, negotiate pricing and delivery terms, and optimize procurement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Accounting, or a related field OR a Certificate in Merchandising from a recognized institution.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with buyers, suppliers, and service providers.
- Strong communication and writing skills in English.
- Proficiency in MS Office with hands-on experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of machine manufacturing is an added advantage.
