Junior Executive – Business Development

(Industrial Engineering)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve specified targets in the field of industrial engineering, including Industrial Air Compressors, Garage Equipment and Wheel Care Equipment.
  • Prepare periodic operational plans, including business development activities, to generate sales leads and follow up on action plans.
  • Pursue identified business prospects, participating actively in the planning and sales process for new business opportunities.
  • Lead and direct all selling efforts while taking ownership of dealer promotions across the assigned area.

Personal Profile & Skills

  • Diploma or equivalent qualification in Sales and Marketing from a recognised institute such as SLIM.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in managing industrial sales.
  • Strong communication skills and should be a dynamic team player.
  • Possess a valid driving/riding licence and be willing to travel extensively across the island.
