Post of Production Executive
(Work Location: Hanwella)

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Production Executive to join our team of professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the production operations used by the company.
- Collaborate with the management team in the development of production plans.
- Ensure production processes across all departments and facilities are running smoothly.
- Implement strategies to cut costs and achieve production targets.
- Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to ensure that products are up to standards.
Requirements & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree: In agriculture or food science or animal science.
- Production experience: Minimum 2+ years experience in production operations.
- Leadership skills: Strong leadership qualities and experience in supervising a production team with effective communication skills.
- Problem-solving skills: Ability to analyze production issues and identify solutions.
- Organizational skills: Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks with accuracy and precision and team working skills.
- Technology skills: Knowledge and expertise with production software systems/statistical software.
