- Promote, market and acquire deposits and savings accounts
- Achieve given targets
- Identify potential customers and create the pipeline
- Implement and develop strategies to expand into different markets segments
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Provide prompt solutions to client queries
- Getting actively involved in promotional campaigns
Eligibility
- A proven track record in sales and marketing of products and services
- 02 or more years' experience preferable in banking and finance industry
- Full/Part qualification in sales and marketing will be an added advantage
- Friendly and outgoing personality with good command of English and Sinhala
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
