Executive — Embellishment Technical

The Executive - Embellishment Technical is responsible for driving achievement of the technical performance, process compliance and profitability objectives for Embellishment. Drives supplier quality initiatives/technical performance, including quality issues resolution, supplier performance evaluation, quality audits, improvement projects, etc. Leads the Quality Assurance & Technical team of executives and staff.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for driving Quality performance for embellishment, including monitoring of supplier quality, resolution of quality issues, improvement projects, etc.
- Drive QA & Technical processes, including supplier sign-offs, supplier evaluation, process compliance, profitability improvements, etc.
- Collaborate with the internal teams, suppliers and customers for achievement of the functional objectives.
- Lead and Manage the Embellishment QA & Technical team of Executives and Staff.
Qualifications
- Degree/ Diploma in Clothing Technology, pattern making or related field.
- 1-2+ years of relevant experience in Fabric technology/ Garment dyeing/ Embellishment & strong knowledge on R&D.
