Salesforce Administrator
We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Administrator to manage and optimize our Salesforce platform, supporting sales, marketing, and customer service teams. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, business process understanding, and the ability to configure and customize Salesforce to drive company growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Salesforce Administration: Ensure system performance, data integrity, and customization (fields, workflows, validation rules).
- User Support & Training: Resolve issues, create documentation, and conduct training sessions.
- Process Automation: Design and optimize automation using Workflow Rules, Process Builder, and Flow.
- System Integration & Data Management: Manage integrations with ERP (Exact) and marketing tools, ensuring data accuracy.
- User Access & Security: Administer roles, permissions, and monitor system security.
- Release Management & Updates: Stay updated on Salesforce features and implement system updates.
- Collaboration: Work with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to align Salesforce solutions with business needs.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 5+ years as a Salesforce Administrator with strong configuration, automation, and reporting skills.
- Certifications: Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator (preferred).
- Skills: Problem-solving, communication, multitasking, and data integrity focus.
- Preferred: Experience with Salesforce Lightning and third-party integrations.
