Finance Operations Deputy Manager
The Role

- Regulatory knowledge - GAAP, IFRS (nice to have)
- Internal control knowledge
- Financial analysis
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficient in GAAP accounting principles and regulations and reporting requirements.
- Strong command of accounting software with a proven ability to adapt to new technologies, our current clients use Exact and Twinfield.
- Excellent numerical proficiency and attention to detail, ensuring precision in financial reporting and analysis.
- Effective communication skills, capable of liaising with clients, colleagues, and regulatory authorities.
- Strong MS Excel skills.
- Organizational skills, able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Education:
- University degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Mega Bonus: has passed the Examination of Licentiate or Intermediate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Sri Lanka.
- Languages: Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
