We have broadened our products beyond Sailing, Kitesurfing, Windsurfing to Paragliding, manufacturing of Tent & Accessories with more than 2000 employee strength.
We are currently looking for dynamic and energetic team players to fill the following positions
IE Executive
Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree in BSc. Engineering, Textile & Clothing, Physical Science, Industrial Management, or equivalent degree/diploma in Apparel/Textile Management from a recognized institute
- 02 - 03 years working experience in Industrial Engineering / Work Study in an apparel manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of work measurements and method improvements techniques, workplace arrangements and layout planning and line balancing is necessary.
- Holding a GSD license / working knowledge in GSD will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing would be an added advantage.
Requirements:
- Should have self-motivated initiative, good leadership qualities with a high sense of responsibility and commitment.
- Should have a flexible approach to work, be able to manage change and cope well under pressure.
- Must be computer literate (MS Office/Auto CAD) and have a strong command of English with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
