- Achieve given targets.
- Identify potential customers and create the pipeline.
- Implement and develop strategies to expand into different market segments.
- Build and maintain strong relationship with customers.
- Provide prompt solutions to client queries.
- Getting actively involved in special seasonal promotions and campaigns.
Eligibility
Associate Manager
- A proven track record in sales and marketing of product and services.
- 5 or more years' experience preferable in banking and finance industry.
- Full/Part qualification in sales and marketing will be an added advantage.
- Friendly and outgoing personality with good command of English and Sinhala.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
Senior Executive
- A proven track record in sales and marketing of products and services.
- 3 or more years' experience preferable in banking and finance industry.
- Full/Part qualification in sales and marketing will be an added advantage.
- Friendly and outgoing personality with good command of English and Sinhala.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.

- An academic record that includes successful completion of GCE A/L.
- Dynamic and result oriented individual.
