KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Convert assigned leads into new business opportunities
- Liaise with insurance companies to provide best-fit solutions
- Build and nurture relationships with clients and insurers
- Ensure the overall counter operation runs in smooth manner
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Experience in insurance sales or bancassurance
- Prior experience in sales or the insurance sector will be considered as an added advantage
- Excellent negotiation, selling, and analytical skills
- Proficiency in computer applications is a must
- Strong communication (verbal & written) skills
- Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines
- Professional qualification in Insurance or Marketing is an added advantage
