As we expand our operations into Sri Lanka, we are seeking a dynamic and motivated Education Consultant to join our team and help students access transformative educational opportunities in Australia.
What You'll Do
- Provide expert advice to students on Australian universities, courses, and student visa application processes.
- Convert leads into successful student placements through informed counselling and follow-ups.
- Appear in promotional videos, reels, and social media posts to build trust and engage with prospective students.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to support creative content production for social platforms.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with universities, partners, and prospective students.
- Deliver high-quality service and continuous support to ensure student success and satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
- Prior experience in education consultancy or student recruitment is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Understanding of Australian higher education, visa processes, and student pathways is an advantage.
- Confident and presentable on camera – you will feature in videos and posts for marketing and awareness (reels, Q&As, student tips, testimonials, etc.).
- Strong sales skills, with a proven ability to convert inquiries into enrollments.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Energetic, approachable, and able to inspire confidence in students and parents alike.
Requirements
- Based in Sri Lanka and able to work independently while collaborating with a remote team.
- Comfortable in front of a camera and open to appearing in creative social media content.
