Brand Manager
As Brand Manager, you will implement plans and initiatives to drive brand equity of the products under your purview. You will also be responsible for conducting market research activities to forecast emerging market needs and take required proactive measures. A Brand Manager is expected to do the following:
- Formulate strategic marketing plans to create brand awareness and improve sales
- Plan and execute product launches
- Analyze sales and inventory data for management review and recommend action plans
- Responsible for achieving the merchandising objectives of the brand
- Review sales performance and implement appropriate strategies to continue sales growth
- Handle customer feedback and correspond with related parties on brand concerns
- Scout market for viable distribution, monitor performance and recommend improvements
- Conceptualize, implement and evaluate marketing activities
- Coordinate with Ad/PR agencies for brand communication and monitor effectiveness
- Prepare brand presentation materials and enthusiastically conduct orientations
Applicant’s Profile
- Should possess a Degree in Marketing /CIM /SLIM full or part qualification
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role preferably attached to a FMCG company
- Creative and Proactive mindset
- Very Good presentation and communication skills
- Willingness to travel and be in field when required
- Be innovative and creative
