BRAND MANAGER

Location: Colombo 02

We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on Brand Manager to take the lead in building and growing some of our most loved FMCG brands. You’ll be responsible for driving brand performance, developing effective marketing strategies, and creating campaigns that connect with consumers.

Key Job Functions

  • Develop brand strategies into actionable plans and go to market strategies.
  • Analyze market trends and consumer insights to enhance brand positioning and communication.
  • Develop and execute effective brand plans aligned with product funnel and timelines.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and advertising efforts.
  • Drive innovation in product development and communications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams – including sales, R&D, supply chain, and creative agencies – to bring brand plans to life.
  • Foster strong stakeholder relationships and manage external agencies.
  • Monitor brand performance through data and analytics, and adjust plans to ensure continued growth.
  • Measure and report on campaign performance to optimize ROI and KPIs.
  • Uphold brand superiority and market share growth through strategic initiatives.
  • Manage budgets efficiently while maximizing ROI.

The ideal candidate should have the following prerequisites:

  • Degree or relevant professional qualification in Marketing.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in FMCG Food brand management or FMCG brand marketing.
  • Strong knowledge and proven experience in Advertising, Brand activations, Sales, and Marketing.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think out of the box.
  • Proven aptitude to develop brand and marketing strategies effectively.
  • Sharp analytical thinking with the ability to analyze complex data and draw actionable insights.
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
