As part of our continued growth, we are on the lookout for talented individuals to join our team as Customer Care Executives.
What You'll Do:
- Provide friendly, helpful, and professional service to customers in person and over the phone.
- Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and accurately.
- Deliver information regarding products, services, and company policies.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and ensure high standards of customer satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For:
- G.C.E. A/L qualified; a diploma or degree in Business, Communication, or related field is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in Sinhala and English (Tamil is a plus).
- A warm, polite, and respectful speaking style with strong listening skills.
- Good understanding of basic communication etiquette and customer service principles.
- Computer literacy and familiarity with MS Office applications.
- Previous experience in a customer service or front office role is preferred.
