WHAT YOU WILL BE OVERLOOKING

  • Lead procurement operations across all properties in the W15 Collection.
  • Source and manage suppliers for high-quality frozen food, meat items, and other hospitality essentials.
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with reliable local and international suppliers for frozen food, meat items, and general hospitality supplies.
  • Ensure all food items are sourced, transported, and stored in compliance with food hygiene and safety standards.
  • Source customized products as per brand design requirements, collaborating with manufacturing and assembling partners where necessary.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
  • Monitor vendor performance to ensure quality standards, timely delivery, and service consistency.
  • Establish long-term vendor relationships for strategic advantage.
  • Oversee procurement processes across multiple properties ensuring compliance with internal controls and policies.
  • Work with finance and operations teams on budgeting, cost control, and forecasting.
  • Ensure all procurement documentation is accurate and up to date.
  • Lead and manage a team of procurement officers and storekeepers.
  • Provide guidance, training, and performance reviews to ensure high standards of procurement practice.
  • Coordinate logistics and warehousing in collaboration with stores, with particular focus on temperature-controlled storage for perishable goods.
  • Monitor stock levels and forecast purchasing needs to prevent shortages or overstocking.
  • Build and maintain strong vendor relationships ensuring quality, reliability, and competitive pricing.
  • Oversee purchasing processes, cost control, and contract negotiations.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a senior procurement or supply chain management role, preferably in the hospitality or food supply sector.
  • Prior experience working with or in a leading frozen food or meat supply company is highly desirable. In addition, hands-on experience with luxury bedding, premium cutlery, and high-end crockery is essential.
  • In-depth knowledge of supplier networks for hospitality-grade frozen food and meat items.
  • Strong understanding of food safety regulations, HACCP standards, and cold chain management.
  • Experience in managing chilled and frozen food storage facilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, quality-focused environment.
