FINANCE EXECUTIVE

Applications are invited from aspiring individuals to join the team as Finance Executive.
Scope
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting principles.
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets for management review.
- Responsible for day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing.
- Monitor cash flows and perform cash management activities, including bank reconciliations.
Responsibilities
- A minimum of 3 years’ hands-on experience in a similar role.
- Exposure in the IT industry will be a distinct advantage.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work across all levels of the organization.
- A team player with “Can do” attitude.
- Ability to learn quickly and work with minimum supervision.
Educational Qualification & Technical Skills
- Sound academic background with a degree in finance or full/part qualification in CA or AAT is a must.
- Experience in ERP is desirable.
- Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
