ASSISTANT PRODUCTION MANAGER
JOB PROFILE
- Plan the production of orders according to the delivery schedule with minimum changeovers (Mold/Material/Machine)
- Organize the resources such as Raw Material, Machinery and Manpower to meet the production demand
- Schedule product line and machines considering plant capacity
- Responsible for achieving the plant KPIs (PqCDSM)
- Collaborate with Quality Control and Dispatch
- Ensure the material reconciliation as per the standard
- Ensure to maintain work standards and work procedures
- Develop and maintain healthy relations with employees, motivate and monitor employees in order to ensure appropriate & conducive work environment is maintained
APPLICANT PROFILE
- Degree or Diploma in manufacturing management from a recognized University / Institute
- Over 3 years of hands-on experience in a large or medium size manufacturing organization
- Plastic industry knowledge and experience would be an added advantage
- Over 30 years of age

- Over 22 years of age
