Key Responsibilities
- Handle client inquiries, provide expert consultation, and offer customized travel solutions based on budget and interests.
- Coordinate with international suppliers, airlines, hotels, and ground handling agents to negotiate competitive rates and seamless service delivery.
- Manage the end-to-end booking process, including itinerary planning, ticketing, visa processing, and travel insurance.
- Ensure exceptional customer service by maintaining regular communication with clients before, during, and after their trips.
- Handle travel-related complaints and provide timely resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- No prior experience in the tourism industry required - freshers are welcome!
- A go-getter attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow in a dynamic work environment.
- Curiosity and commitment to becoming an expert in travel and holiday planning.
- Good general knowledge and problem-solving skills (strong IQ).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A diploma or degree in any field will be considered, though Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or Business Management is an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently, multitask, and thrive under pressure.
- A genuine passion for travel and creating exceptional customer experiences.
An attractive salary package above the industry norms will be offered.
