We are looking for a dynamic individual with the highest standards of ethics and integrity to lead our HR team reporting directly to the Executive Director / Chief Executive Officer.
Senior Manager - Human Resources
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or PQHRM
- Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management is a must
- Over 15 years of working experience including at least 5 years as the Head of the HR Department
- Experience in a Licensed Finance Company or a Public Listed Company is a definite advantage
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proven track record as a HR leader with a strategic and pragmatic approach
- Strong mobilizer of people, role model and trust-building
- Results-oriented decision-making with the ability to handle multiple demands and undertake unplanned tasks that require rapid turnaround
Responsibilities:
- Formulate the Company’s HR Strategy in alignment with the Company’s Business Strategy and provide pragmatic solutions to complex HR issues
- Initiate programs on employee retention and workforce efficiency
- Lead the talent acquisition and performance management of the Company
- Lead the training and development agenda of the Company
- Industry and regulatory focal point for all HR related matters
- Manage outsourced service providers pertaining to HR Department
- Ensure complete compliance with all legal and regulatory HR requirements
- Positively contribute to the growth of the organization as a key member of the Corporate Management team
