Key Responsibilities

  • Planning, managing, and implementing project activities to achieve the set educational goals of the Community Based Model (CBM) project.
  • Coordinate with teachers, school administrators, and other educational stakeholders.
  • Monitoring the project progress to ensure timely achievement of milestones.
  • Managing resources, budgets, and work schedules effectively.
  • Prepare necessary progress reports and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Organize workshop, awareness and training programmes for parents, teachers, and other stakeholders; provide resources to help improve instruction and learning experiences.

Key Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in education, social science, project management, or related field (Master’s degree is an added advantage).
  • Professional qualification in project management.
  • Proven experience in project initiation, planning, execution, management, and coordination in the education field.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and technology.
