ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Infrastructure Engineer with deep expertise in Microsoft infrastructure services. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing environments across Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Azure, and endpoint management. You will play a key role in planning, implementing, and supporting complex Microsoft ecosystems for a variety of business needs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deploy, configure, and manage Windows Server environments (2012–2025)
- Administer Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS/DHCP, and Azure AD Connect
- Manage Exchange (on-prem, hybrid, and M365) including compliance and DLP
- Oversee Microsoft 365 tenant services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint)
- Configure and optimize Azure infrastructure (VMs, networking, security)
- Implement security protocols (MFA, Conditional Access, Defender suite)
- Manage backup, recovery, and disaster recovery strategies
- Provide Tier 2/3 support with root cause analysis and documentation
- Configure and maintain Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, and endpoint policies
- Integrate Microsoft Sentinel with security operations (SIEM/SOAR)
- Execute migration projects (servers, files, identities) to Azure and M365
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Microsoft infrastructure services
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, AD, Exchange, Microsoft 365, Azure
- Proven experience in Intune, Azure AD, and hybrid cloud environments
- Familiarity with Microsoft Sentinel, Defender suite, and security best practices
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills
- Microsoft certifications (preferred): AZ-104, MS-100/101, SC-300, or equivalent
Nice to Have
- Experience with migration tools and methodologies
- Background in automation, scripting (PowerShell), and reporting
- Consulting experience or working with MSPs
