Executive - IT Infrastructure
Responsibilities
- Assist in configuring and maintaining end-user devices (laptops, desktops, mobile devices), printers, and network peripherals.
- Monitor network connectivity and troubleshoot issues related to LAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN.
- Support patch management, device inventory, and compliance with endpoint configuration standards.
- Provide first- and second-level support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Coordinate with IT teams for the resolution of escalated issues and ensure timely closure of service tickets.
- Follow IT security protocols to safeguard end-user devices and network access.
- Support adherence to compliance requirements (e.g., ISO, GDPR) by assisting with periodic checks and audit readiness.
- Assist in identifying and mitigating endpoint security vulnerabilities.
- Track infrastructure-related inventory and provide inputs for the procurement of end-user devices and accessories.
- Support vendor coordination for warranty claims, AMC services, and deliveries.
- Coordinate with external service providers for device servicing, internet connectivity, and troubleshooting.
- Support infrastructure needs for new joiners, relocations, or office setups.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT infrastructure support or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of networking basics (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VPN).
- Familiarity with Windows OS, Microsoft Office 365, endpoint security tools, and MDM solutions.
- Basic understanding of IT compliance standards (e.g., ISO/IEC 27001, GDPR).
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
